Personal membership
Personal membership is R99 per month after one 30-day personal trial per person. No card is needed to start. Confirm your email and verify your own mobile number to open the trial. It starts when mobile verification is accepted. Clearing your workspace or deleting and recreating an account does not renew trial eligibility. Common Gmail aliases and previously used mobile numbers cannot unlock another trial. Shared or reassigned numbers may require support review. These checks cannot identify someone using entirely different contact details. Without a subscription, workspace access pauses after the trial; login, account management and saved-workspace export remain available. Your account and entries are not automatically deleted. To continue, explicitly authorise Payfast checkout. Adding a card does not restart or shorten the original free period. Checkout shows R0 during an unexpired trial, the recurring R99 amount and a billing date after the full trial. Cancel before billing if you do not want that subscription. After the trial, subscription checkout charges R99 immediately and monthly until cancelled. Existing authorised subscriptions are not cancelled by this change.
Business affiliate membership
An approved business affiliate listing is R299 per month, separate from personal membership, with no free trial. Obtain listing approval before subscribing. Payment does not itself publish a listing or guarantee enquiries or sales. Prices are in South African rand. Your checkout must show the total amount payable and any applicable taxes or additional charges before you authorise payment.
How to cancel
Open Membership in your account, find Your subscriptions and select Cancel subscription. Cancel before your trial ends to avoid the first charge. You can also email hello@hersovereign.com from your account email to request cancellation. The app displays confirmation only after PayFast confirms cancellation. If cancellation fails or remains unconfirmed, contact support promptly. Once confirmed, future recurring charges stop; any remaining trial or paid membership period stays available.
Refunds and statutory rights
Cancellation stops future payments and does not automatically refund a period already paid. This does not limit statutory cooling-off rights, remedies for defective or undelivered services, unauthorised charges or other rights under applicable South African consumer law. Cooling-off rights and exceptions depend on the transaction and whether a service has begun with your agreement. Email hello@hersovereign.com with the transaction reference and reason to request a refund or dispute a charge. We assess the request under applicable law and explain the outcome; no blanket “no refunds” rule applies.
Account and payment information
Card information is entered securely on PayFast. Deleting data and cancelling billing are different actions: request account deletion separately through the privacy contact. If a payment is overdue, access may be restricted while you resolve it. Price changes will be communicated before future billing and you may cancel before they take effect. Live subscriptions open only when payment setup is ready; owner sandbox checkouts are test transactions.
